Great location right off the trails with the convenience of a grocery store/gas station right there. Staff are all great too!

We usually stay here everytime we come up but others were faster this year. However, this motel may be small to some it is perfect for us. Very convenient location close to Lake Superior, Autrain River and the gas station/grocery. The previous owners were amazing people and the current owner is as well. We now know that others have found this gem so we need to book well ahead of time. Bringing my boys (age 21 and 15) last year for their first time ever being in the UP and staying here will be a forever great memory both for them and myself.

I had a very good experience here. I paid for the weekend $252 almost $74 a night not bad!!! I had two bedrooms, a small bathroom, cooking necessities. Although beds were hard and there was no hot water it was a warm place to sleep. Needs upgrades but worth the stay. I will be coming back. Has a cute little store next door. Gas, food and groceries. Definitely affordable (: thank you 😊

If you’re looking for a place to lay your head at night and shower this place is perfect. Small but clean room with comfortable beds and hot shower. Kitchenette give you a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, sink and fridge. Small tv is provided. Can’t beat the price! Staff is located in the grocery next store and are very kind and attentive. Located 30 mins from Marquette and 10 mins from Munising with Lake Superior beach access within walking distance!
